Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your responsibilities will include:

- Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling that helps clients understand and navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing individualized coping strategies and action plans.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored, goal-directed treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.
- Progress Monitoring: Use assessment tools and client feedback to track progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
