Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that allow clients to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a safe and therapeutic environment.

  • Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling that helps clients understand and navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing individualized coping strategies and action plans.

  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored, goal-directed treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

  • A current and valid LMHC license in the state of Massachusetts.
