In this role, you’ll play a key part in the end‑to‑end billing process, including:
- Prepare, analyze, and process client billing requests with varying levels of complexity
- Create, edit, and submit invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements
- Review proformas, handle corrections, and manage e‑billing submissions and follow‑ups
- Partner with revenue and e‑billing teams to resolve invoice rejections and reductions
- Generate and review billing data using financial systems for reporting and audit purposes
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive financial information at all times
