Work Environment\n
This position is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from their own environment while maintaining strong connections with clients and colleagues through virtual platforms. Our therapists benefit from a supportive and collaborative culture that encourages open communication and team-based solutions. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the unique needs of clients, leading to tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate healing and progress for individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support group sessions aimed at fostering community support, enhancing life skills, and addressing common mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and seamless treatment transitions.
- Provide crisis intervention services and essential support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating exceptional crisis management skills.
- Educate clients about various mental health conditions, the treatment options available to them, and the resources found within the community that can aid in their recovery journey.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
- Actively participate in case consultations and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest research trends in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

- A valid Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health issues, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
- Experience conducting detailed assessments and designing effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Ability to effectively engage with clients during individual and group therapy sessions.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathic engagement.
- Understanding of professional ethics and commitment to maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate documentation is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
