Join the team at Haddad Subaru of St. Albans as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the automotive service department. This position offers a dynamic work environment in St. Albans, VT, with competitive compensation ranging from $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year, paid weekly. As a vital link between our customers and technicians, you will ensure every vehicle receives the highest level of care and communication throughout the service process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a friendly and trustworthy rapport.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.
- Write repair orders and assist with scheduling and parts ordering.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and timelines.
- Work closely with the service technicians to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of services and interactions for follow-up and accountability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Tekion DMS is a plus
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
