Key Responsibilities\n

- Create and implement individualized crisis and pre-crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support strategies and participate in ongoing care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and external service systems, promoting collaboration among local, state, and federal entities.
- Play a vital role in the licensing and accreditation processes, actively participating in organizational improvements and quality assurance measures.
