Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to address critical mental health topics while fostering community connections among participants.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring coordination among different treatment strategies.
- Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients receive timely support and resources.
- Educate patients about their specific mental health conditions, options for treatment, and community resources available to them.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Engage actively in professional development activities, team meetings, and case consultations to enhance best practices within the field.

Qualifications\n

- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
