Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in our outpatient treatment center, specifically focusing on:

- Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive and engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, connect with peers, and enhance their interpersonal skills.
- Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will assist them in developing effective coping strategies and action plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and preferences.
- Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust approaches as necessary to ensure optimal results.
