Job Details
MUST HAVE
- Experience as an Project Manager at a GC
- Experience with tenant interiors—with a focus on high-end, creative office and commercial fit-outs
NICE TO HAVE
- Specialty in Tenant Interiors: Core competency lies in designing and building high-end interior spaces—offices, lobbies, amenities, and more—within existing commercial buildings
- Commercial Focus: Exclusively tackle commercial interior projects, ranging from corporate offices to healthcare spaces, higher education, legal services, retail/hospitality, lab facilities, and more
