Quality Private Home Care Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team!
We are currently expanding our caregiver team to prepare for upcoming client needs throughout Bourne, Ma.
Whether you're looking for flexible hours, supplemental income, or the potential for a long-term position, we'd love to hear from you!
As our agency continues to grow, opportunities for consistent part-time and full-time schedules may become available.
Responsibilities
●Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes.
●Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
●Provide companionship and emotional support.
●Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
●Provide medication reminders.
●Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
●Communicate effectively with clients, families, and management.
Qualifications
●Previous caregiving experience preferred.
●HHA or CNA certification is a plus.
●Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
●Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans.
●Reliable transportation or dependable commuting arrangements.
●Ability to complete required background screening and onboarding.
Scheduling & Opportunities
●Flexible per diem and on-call opportunities.
●Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may become available.
●Opportunities for ongoing client assignments.
●Potential to transition into consistent part-time or full-time employment as positions become available.
