HVAC/R Service Technician
Boston Area, MA
Work four days. Live the other three.
We run a 4/10 schedule: four ten-hour days, then a real three-day weekend, every week. On call aligns with a daily rotation.
We're a commercial HVAC/R contractor specializing in retail, restaurant, and market accounts throughout the Boston area, from national chains to local operators who can't afford downtime on a walk-in cooler or a dining room's rooftop unit. Established, growing, and looking to add to our team.

What we're looking for:
A licensed or license-track HVAC/R technician who takes pride in the work, shows up on time, and wants to build a career instead of punching a clock. Commercial service and installation experience preferred, especially with rooftop units, walk-in refrigeration, or restaurant kitchen exhaust systems, but we'll invest in the right person who's still building their skill set.
