Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts (PT MA) required
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 aged students preferred
- Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in an educational setting a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for all students
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ motor skill development and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services during school hours
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other related service providers to integrate therapy goals within the academic setting
- Support students with adaptive strategies or equipment as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
