24 Ford of Easton is looking for an experienced, motivated Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing service team.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
- Complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting established time standards.
- Identify and communicate additional repairs or concerns to management.
- Properly document diagnosis, cause, correction, and repairs on every repair order.
- Use manufacturer procedures, troubleshooting guides, special tools, and equipment appropriately.
- Road-test vehicles when required.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual productivity and efficiency goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Report any safety, quality, or operational concerns to management.
- Work effectively as part of a professional service team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of automotive technician experience
- Previous flat-rate experience at a franchised dealership is a major plus.
- Ford certifications are a plus.
- Transmission rebuilding experience is a huge plus.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screening and background check.

Physical Requirements
This is a heavy-duty position requiring the ability to lift up to 100 lbs., frequently carry up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive physical movements.
