What We’re Looking For:
- Active New Hampshire BCBA licensure.
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with selective mutism.
- Proficiency in developing and overseeing behavioral intervention plans.
- Ability to complete administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educational teams and families.
Role Essentials:
- Deliver behavioral analysis and intervention services for three students.
- Manage approximately 6 hours of direct service per week, with additional time allocated for documentation and meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive records and document interventions according to school guidelines.
- Consult and collaborate with educational staff and parents for each student’s ongoing progress.
- Uphold best practices in behavior analysis while ensuring compliance with all relevant educational policies.
- Serve as a resource for staff in understanding and working with selective mutism.
