Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged students, including IEP processes
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Adaptable and collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Implement evidence-based therapy plans targeting language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
- Contribute to IEP meetings, providing goals and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster optimal communication skills in students
- Provide direct and consultative services in individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough records and ensure timely documentation in compliance with school standards
