Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct commercial roofing crews on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project execution
- Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and flat roofs
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of roofing projects
- Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics to keep projects on time and on budget
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on all job sites
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to management and clients
- Train, mentor, and evaluate roofing crew members to maintain high performance standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Proficiency with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, or built-up roofing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and fall protection requirements
- Proven ability to lead crews, manage job sites, and meet project deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-first, solutions-oriented attitude
