Job DescriptionAbout the Role:CareGave Health Corp is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis in Merrimac, MA. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and care plans
- Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Respond to changes in patient condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible per diem scheduling
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
