Job DescriptionPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Whitinsville, MA $38–$50/hour
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Whitinsville, MA. This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with residents in a skilled nursing setting while supporting mobility, strength, balance, and functional progress.

<li>Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist</li>
<li>Assist residents with mobility, balance, strengthening, and functional activities</li>
<li>Monitor progress and communicate updates to the therapy team</li>
<li>Complete timely and accurate documentation</li>
<li>Collaborative rehab team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support</li>
<li>Work with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents</li>
<li>Stable full-time schedule with supportive leadership</li>
<li>Focus on quality outcomes and resident-centered care</li>
<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>
