Agawam West Rehab &amp; Nursing is looking for an experienced LPN Unit Manager to help lead our nursing team and support quality resident care.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily nursing care and unit activities
</li>
<li>
Supervise and support nursing staff
</li>
<li>
Monitor resident care and clinical documentation
</li>
<li>
Work with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
</li>
<li>
Help maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Active Massachusetts LPN license required
</li>
<li>
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
</li>
<li>
Previous supervisory or unit leadership experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and organizational skills
</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits
$91,000-$95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
