  • Work closely with general education teachers, service providers, and administrators to maximize student outcomes.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and positive classroom climate where all students feel valued.
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents or guardians about student progress and strategies for further growth.
