Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced and aspiring pharmacists to join a newly opening Long-Term Care pharmacy in Milford, MA. This direct hire position offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility starting early December. The pharmacy will employ 2-3 pharmacists alongside 6 pharmacy technicians once fully operational.

Location:

Milford, MA

Schedule/Hours:

First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) will have the flexibility to set their own schedule.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license in good standing.
Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy operations is highly preferred.
Candidates with retail pharmacy experience are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
Familiarity with Frameworks pharmacy system is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations within the Long-Term Care setting.
Manage medication dispensing and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in staff training and development as needed.
