This full-time position is remote, offering flexibility while maintaining strong communication with our centralized team at the Community Health Clinic. Although your work can primarily be conducted from home, you will have the opportunity to connect with other professionals and attend team meetings. Your work schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust based on patient needs, ensuring that we are accessible to those who depend on our services.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that address those needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and provide psychoeducation on mental health topics.
- Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during mental health emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and helpful community resources.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Stay informed on the latest research and developments within the mental health field to ensure the application of best practices.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and appropriate treatment modalities.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and devising effective treatment plans.
- Proven ability to deliver individual and group therapy to a variety of client populations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
- Adherence to professional boundaries, ethics, and confidentiality standards in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
