Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct client assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practices, facilitating pre-crisis and crisis planning.
- Provide thorough documentation of client interactions and maintain punctuality in meeting all regulatory standards.
- Utilize validated screening tools to accurately assess clients’ needs as indicated by the clinical team, ensuring optimal treatment alignment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that are tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our commitment to quality service delivery and compliance.
- Act as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering inter-agency collaboration when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, promoting transparency to meet contractual obligations and enhance community relationships.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with local, state, federal, and non-profit organizations to promote our programs and explore opportunities for expanded partnerships and funding.
- Participate in active professional development initiatives including attending conferences, workshops, and state-level meetings to sharpen your expertise.
- Uphold and promote the organization’s mission, values, and ethical practices consistently.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, tailored to the needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele that may include adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various emotional and psychological challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
