ABA Therapist

We are seeking a talented and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team in Centerville, MA. As an ABA Therapist with New Patterns ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans to address behavioral goals and objectives

Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions to clients and their families

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with company standards

Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

0 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a strong foundation in behavioral principles and techniques

Certification and/or licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or willingness to obtain
