Job Title: Medical Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our specialty practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You will collaborate closely with our clinical team while gaining valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and room patients, documenting vital signs, reason for visit and medical history accurately.
- Provide scribing support for the provider during patient visits.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms.
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with daily clinic flow as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification OR Associate's/Bachelor's in a biological science specification with an interest in clinical care.
- 1–2 years of recent experience in a medical office or similar clinical setting highly preferred but not required.
- Strong foundation in patient care.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Prior scribing experience in a clinical setting highly preferred but not required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exeter, NH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
