Key Responsibilities\n
In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve clients between the ages of 18 and 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your responsibilities will include:

- Group Therapy Facilitation: Organize and lead group therapy sessions that provide a secure environment for clients to share their experiences and foster connections.
- Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions that delve into clients’ thoughts and emotions, helping them to develop coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are meaningful, goal-driven, and adaptable to their evolving needs.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress through various assessment tools, encouraging open dialogues about their experiences and insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care through regular updates and collaborative problem-solving.
