Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support students across grades K-12 in Florence, MA. This contract position will begin ASAP and continue through the end of the school year. Candidates with experience working with a variety of grade levels including early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school are encouraged to apply. Part-time and full-time candidates will both be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop intervention strategies
- Participate in eligibility meetings and provide consultation on student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust recommendations when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Relevant credentials or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience serving students across multiple grade levels, including early childhood and high school
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing, educational laws, and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a school setting
Location: Florence, MA
Schedule: Full-time with flexibility for part-time arrangements considered
Duration: Contract position through the current school year
