Qualifications:

Valid Special Education licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), personalized learning plans, and classroom accommodations
Familiarity with a variety of teaching techniques and assistive technologies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with students’ support teams
Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in a classroom or resource setting
Assess student progress, monitor growth, and adjust strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports
Assist students with behavioral, emotional, or physical needs to foster their academic success
Work closely with colleagues, families, and specialists to ensure comprehensive support
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all
