Work Environment\n
This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on the needs of our patients. You will engage with our experienced team using telehealth technology to provide therapy and consultations, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients to identify their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at fostering healthy relationships and improving mental health outcomes.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, promoting community engagement and providing education on mental health topics.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.
- Respond effectively in crisis situations, providing intervention and stabilization support during mental health emergencies.
- Educate patients on mental health conditions, discuss treatment options, and connect them with community resources to enhance their recovery journey.
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Engage in regular case consultations and contribute to team meetings to enhance clinical practices and outcomes.
- Participate in continuing education activities to stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans based on client needs.
- Strong knowledge of various evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches to mental health therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Commitment to best practices, ethics, and confidentiality in providing therapeutic care.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology for remote therapy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care quality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
