This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027. We are seeking two to three dedicated paraeducators with prior school experience to make a tangible difference across Pre K through High School classrooms. Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous professional experience working within schools is required
- Flexibility to work with students from Pre K through High School
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and families
- Ability to follow teacher direction and support individualized learning plans
- Dependability and a proactive, positive attitude within a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assistance to students, supporting academic, social, and behavioral growth
- Implement teacher-designed instructional and behavioral strategies
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe classroom environment
- Support students with varying needs, potentially including one-on-one or small group settings
- Assist in classroom organization, material preparation, and activity facilitation
- Communicate observations and progress with educational staff as needed
