We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Electronics Test Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing electrical and RF testing on electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production goals, improve testing processes, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
- Follow detailed Process Instructions, Work Instructions, and test plans to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Operate a variety of measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to verify product compliance.
- Accurately document test results in databases, generate reports, and assist in refining test procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support throughput improvements and ongoing process enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Preferred experience in electrical and/or micro-electronics testing or assembly.
- Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures and experience with test equipment.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and a genuine desire to grow and learn within the role.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with RF testing equipment.
- Familiarity with data collection software and reporting tools.
- Previous exposure to ISO or quality management systems.
