SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring a CNA, HHA, or PCA for a live-in caregiver opportunity in Medfield, MA. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver who can provide consistent, personalized support and help a client remain safe and comfortable at home.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or live-in home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to a live-in caregiving arrangement
