Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency within our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts and equipment components
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to improve maintenance processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with various maintenance tools and equipment
- Knowledge of food industry standards and maintenance practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
