Maintenance Technician – Per Diem Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to assist with the daily upkeep of our facility on a per diem basis.
Responsibilities include:

Performing minor repairs and general maintenance.
</li>
<li>
Painting and touch-up work throughout the facility.
</li>
<li>
Assisting with snow removal and winter weather preparation.
</li>
<li>
Maintaining clean, safe, and orderly grounds and work areas.
</li>
<li>
Assisting with other maintenance duties as needed.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Basic repair and maintenance skills.
</li>
<li>
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
</li>
<li>
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and outdoor work.
</li>
<li>
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
</li>
