Job DescriptionRN – Operating Room (Travel)

Location: Hyannis, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $80 – $84/hr (Travel)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
On-Call: Required (off-shifts, weekends, holidays)

Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide safe, patient-centered perioperative care and support efficient OR operations in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care using the nursing process

• Administer medications and document patient care accurately

• Coordinate care with surgical, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support OR operations, staff supervision, and supply/equipment management

• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, confidentiality, and radiation protocols

• Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

• Minimum 1 year Operating Room experience

• Active Massachusetts RN license

• BLS certification

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to meet physical demands (including use of lead apron)

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
