This position supports consistent day shift coverage within a structured long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Support mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
Assist with feeding, bathing, and dressing patients
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Document basic care activities as required
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
