We believe our caregivers are the heart of everything we do-and we're looking for someone passionate about finding the very best talent to join our team.What You'll DoAs our Hiring Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building our caregiver workforce by:Recruiting and interviewing caregiver candidatesCreating and managing online job advertisementsSourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community eventsConducting phone screens and interviewsCoordinating orientations and onboarding new hiresCompleting applicant screenings and employment verificationsEntering new hire information accurately into company systemsPartnering with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needsAchieving weekly hiring and recruiting goalsWhat We're Looking ForWe're searching for someone who is:Friendly, energetic, and highly motivatedComfortable speaking with people throughout the dayOrganized and able to manage multiple prioritiesTech-savvy and confident using computers, social media, and employment websitesA strong communicator with excellent customer service skillsRecruitment, staffing, HR, or home care experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)Please note: This position requires frequent phone communication, computer work, and consistent follow-up with applicants.ScheduleMonday–FridayChoose the schedule that works best for you:8:00 AM – 4:30 PM8:30 AM – 5:00 PMFull-Time | ExemptWhy Join Guardian Angel Senior Services?We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our team.
