Compensation:

$115,400 - $189,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and guidance.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our core values.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.
  • Utilize our proven systems to identify new opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Support the negotiation process by providing clients with data-driven advice and ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others find their perfect home.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and in writing, to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
