Position: Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nMain Function:\nThe Registered Nurse delivers patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN directs and coordinates all nursing care, collaborates with other disciplines, and ensures effective, efficient patient care and the achievement of desired outcomes. Reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within established organizational and departmental policies.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\nGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (BSN preferred)\n\nRN licensure in Massachusetts required\n\nBLS certification (current, American Heart Association)\n\nACLS certification (current, American Heart Association)\n\nExcellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
