Position Overview\n
We are seeking a dedicated RN with recent experience in Med Surg Rehabilitation to join our team for a night shift role. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care while serving as a potential backup Charge Nurse.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
- Engage in patient and family education initiatives.
- Provide leadership by working collaboratively with nursing staff and other patient team members to uphold professional nursing standards.
- Participate in potential floating between Acute Rehabilitation and Med Surg units as needed.

\n\nWork Environment\n
This opportunity is based in a small community setting with a limited public transportation system. Candidates must possess their own vehicle for commuting.
\n\nEligibility Requirements\n

- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Med Surg Rehabilitation.
- Charge RN experience is required.
- Previous travel nursing experience of at least 3 months is required.
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred.
- Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license must be held.
- Current certifications in American Heart Association BLS and ACLS are mandatory.

\n\nScheduling Information\n
This position requires working every other weekend and holidays as needed. Requests for time off must be included at the time of submission, and changes will not be accommodated post submission.
