Core Technical Skills (Non-negotiables)
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
(STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years prior relevant experience
Experience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments.
Experience with design, development and/or integration of test equipment.
Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of test equipment, rack and cable assembly, and common electronic measurement tools
Ability to troubleshoot systems using instruments such as oscilloscopes, analyzers, and data acquisition tools
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working within Agile processes, including EVMS and gate reviews
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Program Manager/IPTL and report eam status metrics
Lead engineering team activities and oversee technical decision-making
Review and approve system changes through CCBs and participate in FRBs as required
Support system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting efforts

Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System
