Qualifications\n

- A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Two or more years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.
- Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans framed on evidence-based practices.
- Strong written communication skills for accurate session documentation.
- Clean disciplinary record without any infractions against your professional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
