Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients utilizing evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
- Deliver a variety of evidence-supported therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, facilitating clients’ progress and encouraging behavioral change.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring adherence to ethical practices of mental health care.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, leveraging each member's expertise in delivering holistic care to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training, peer consultations, and case reviews to continuously improve your practice and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the mental health field.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with critical knowledge about mental health conditions, potential treatment pathways, and community support resources.

Qualifications\n
