Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Conduct detailed assessments that evaluate clients' initial concerns and create a tailored treatment plan with specific, measurable goals, utilizing evidenced-based models.

• Employ family systems theory to address complex relationship dynamics, facilitating communication and effective problem-solving strategies among family members.

\n

• Respond to crisis situations promptly, providing emergency interventions to ensure the safety and mental health of clients and their families.

\n

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Educate clients on effective relationship skills, emotional regulation, and constructive coping mechanisms to bolster their overall mental health.

• Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to create an integrated treatment approach that supports the whole person.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, continually updating clinical skills and knowledge in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dysfunctions. Your expertise will enable you to support individuals and families as they navigate through difficult periods in their lives, promoting healing and fostering resilience. You will play a crucial role in our clients' journeys toward personal growth and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
