Pay: $26-28.00/hr.

A day in this role
Sunrise on site. You review the scope, gear up, and team up to bring worn structures back to life. One hour you’re cutting and removing damaged slabs; the next you’re setting forms, tying in new rebar, and placing high‑quality concrete. By day’s end, you’ve sealed joints, applied protective coatings, and left a stronger, cleaner finish than you found.
What you’ll handle
- Concrete repair and surface restoration
- Concrete demolition and removal
- Concrete placement, finishing, and curing
- Structural strengthening solutions
- Formwork and carpentry tasks
- Rebar replacement and reinforcement
- Professional caulking applications
- Installing and maintaining expansion joints
- Protective coating application
- Carbon Fiber installation for reinforcement
Must-have requirements
- MUST be willing to wear a respirator and submit to a respirator fit test prior to starting.
- MUST have OSHA 10 certification.
Your background
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Experience with concrete installation and finishing
- Hands-on concrete demo experience
- Concrete pouring expertise
- Rebar installation skills
- Proven track record as a construction laborer
