Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.

  • Provide crisis intervention through well-structured pre-crisis and crisis plans, which include behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.
  • \n

  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, using established electronic health record systems.
  • \n

  • Employ evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs accurately and track progress effectively over time.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavioral support plans tailored to client needs.
  • \n

  • Engage in ongoing participation in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our commitment to excellence in care.

  • Act as a liaison to local, state, and federal service systems as well as community partners, ensuring clients have access to a comprehensive support network.
  • \n

  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, their families, and other service providers to foster a cooperative care environment.
  • \n

  • Seek continuous personal and professional growth through attendance at workshops, conferences, and professional groups, actively representing the organization in the broader field.

  • Contribute to the core mission and values of Refusionate Psychotherapy in all interactions and clinical decisions.

  • Adhere to additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the operations and objectives of the agency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to mental health, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Your expertise will directly impact their recovery journeys, helping them establish stable emotional states, improve coping mechanisms, and foster a sense of community belonging.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

  • Current, independent LMHC license in any state is essential; however, we will support candidates seeking licensure in Massachusetts.
