RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations for Labor Attorneys
- Research
- Attending witness interviews
- Summarizing and coordinating exhibits
- Assistance at arbitration hearings,
- Coordinate and maintain calendar meetings with attorneys and clients
- Clients’ case management
- Enter and maintain court deadlines in attorneys’ calendars
- Filing court pleadings and preparation of simple court documents
- Assist lawyers in recovering overpayments to participants of pension and health insurance funds
- Investigative research for Pension overpayment matters
- Maintain attorneys’ passwords/logins/renewals for court account access
- Assist with other miscellaneous office matters
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years admin experience
- Legal industry preferred
- Outgoing personality
- Good with systems
- Can work in small office
- Proactive personality
- Solid people/communication skills
- Dependable, reliable and professional
- Excellent organizational skills
