Key Responsibilities\n

- Utilize telehealth platforms for effective counseling services while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Document all patient interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings and training to stay current with the latest research and interventions in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will be serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.
- Demonstrable experience (minimum of 2 years) in a clinical counseling setting with a proven track record of providing effective therapy.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
