SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Dedham, MA. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers for full-time and part-time opportunities. Short-hour and long-hour shifts are available, with options on weekdays and weekends.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to work the agreed-upon shift schedule
