JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of routine maintenance, inspections and repairs to all association property, grounds, buildings, and equipment. Operates power tools and equipment safely and effectively. On call for emergencies. Capable of working individually or in team settings. Reports directly to the association manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Landscape Maintenance- mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, raking, mulching, clean ups

· Road Maintenance – Plowing, sanding, culvert & ditch cleaning, repairing gravel roads.

· Beach/lake Maintenance – Pick up trash/debris, rake sand, remove or mark hazards, inspect docks and launches.

· Equipment Maintenance - preventative maintenance, repairs, inspection/reporting

· Building Maintenance – cleaning, painting, carpentry, inspection/reporting

· Pool Maintenance – inspection, reporting, documentation, cleaning

· Equipment operation – Tractors, loaders, zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, saws, plow trucks w/ sand spreaders, landscape trailers.

· Cleans and maintains workspace and common areas.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in general maintenance, with an emphasis on landscapes.

· A valid New Hampshire operator's license.

· Must be capable of working effectively with a team or individually as assigned

· Knowledge of common terminology, methods, practices, tools, and procedures related to grounds, buildings and facilities, maintenance

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must be capable of lifting or pushing up to 75 pounds.

· Capable of performing physical labor out-doors in all weather conditions and with exposure to potentially hazardous conditions.

· Must be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

· Professional, respectful communication with the public, association members and co-workers always.

· Capable of making minor repairs, detecting, and reporting the need for major repairs to management.

· Always practices workplace safety, including the use of personal protective equipment.

· Maintains vehicles and equipment in a safe condition in compliance with New Hampshire state laws and product manuals.

Pay based off experience. Flexible hours. Estimated start date 3/1/26
