Make a difference across an entire district as a contracted School Psychologist supporting K-12 students for the upcoming academic year! Key Details:

  • Contract position for the full 2026–2027 school year (August 26, 2026 – June 14, 2027)
  • Full-time schedule: 35–37.5 hours per week
  • Support a diverse student population across K-12 in four buildings, collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate
  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, and behavioral interventions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to support student learning and emotional well-being
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  • Provide consultation and resources to support positive school climates and promote mental health awareness
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards and district protocols
